#1. New Blender Tower

- When you merge towers of the same merge-level, the merged tower is converted into points equal to its merge-level.
- When 4 points are accumulated, another tower on the field has its merge-level increased by 1.

Each time you merge a tower of the same merge-level into a Blender tower, the gauge fills up to 4.

When the gauge is full, it is activated and available for use.

The skill is used by merging an active Blender Tower with any tower of the same merge-level. Then it is used to increase the merge-level of another tower by 1.

A Blender tower with a merge level of 3 can only be charged by another tower with a merge level of 3, which will increment the gauge by 3.
#2. Rebalanced Towers
The rebalancing below is determined by the tower's win rate, with stats nerfed for towers with excessively high win rates and stats buffed for towers with excessively low win rates.
