#1. New Architect Tower

- base damage : 80 → 120 (stronger)
   (per class-up : 10 → 20)

- base skill cooldowns : 25 sec → 20 sec (more frequently)
   (per class-up : -2 s → -1.7 s)
   (per power-up : -1 s → -1.5 s)

The Architect Tower has two states. When a tower is installed, it is initially in a "Ready" state, which becomes "Active" over time. When active, merging this tower with another tower of the same merge-level will use the Architect skill to replace it with another tower. After the swap, the Architect Tower will return to the "Ready" state.

#2. Rebalanced Towers

The rebalancing below is determined by the tower's win rate, with stats nerfed for towers with excessively high win rates and stats buffed for towers with excessively low win rates.
