#1. New Architect Tower

The Architect Tower has two states. When a tower is installed, it is initially in a "Ready" state, which becomes "Active" over time. When active, merging this tower with another tower of the same merge-level will use the Architect skill to replace it with another tower. After the swap, the Architect Tower will return to the "Ready" state.
